I came in to purchase a vacation package for me and my husband. First of all, it's the time of the year where almost everyone wants to travel to the carribean, but this location lacks staff and tolerates their staff to lie. A person by the name of Debbie was so rude. Very unprofessional as she will hang-up the phone on you when you try to inquire over the phone once you purchased the package and her commission is taken from your sale. Absurd!!! Plain mean and rude! NO TO THIS LOCATION!!!
